Dear Sunset Hills Families,

It is with great enthusiasm and deep gratitude that I introduce myself as the new principal of Sunset Hills Elementary. I am incredibly excited to begin the 2025–2026 school year and to join this vibrant and caring flock of learners, educators, and families.

As an advocate for continuous improvement, I have spent my career championing equitable educational practices that uplift teaching, learning, and community. I believe deeply in the power of collaboration—working in partnership with educators, students, and families to create inclusive, student-centered spaces where everyone is seen, heard, and valued. Throughout my journey in education, I’ve committed myself to fostering a culture of lifelong learning and reflection, and I am honored to continue that work here.

At Sunset Hills, our mission is clear: to create an environment where every student feels safe, valued, and inspired to be their authentic self. We are committed to the well-being of all students by supporting their academic, social, and emotional growth, and by equipping them with the tools to thrive as global citizens.

As I join the flock, I look forward to building strong, trusting relationships with each of you and learning alongside our students. I am confident that, by working together, we will SOAR to new heights—nurturing curiosity, compassion, and confidence in every child.
